Tom Cruise was recently injured after a stunt went wrong on the set of Mission Impossible 6. The 55-year-old actor attempted to leap across a gap from scaffolding to another building, but missed his mark and instead slammed into the side of the wall.

Luckily, Cruise was attached to a pulley system so he didn’t fall to the ground—but according to this TMZ video he hit the wall pretty hard & was unable to continue filming. The extent of his injuries are unknown, though he was able to limp away from the accident on his own.

Cruise has a history of doing his own spectacular stunts in movies such as Jack Reacher, Collateral, The Last Samurai, and the Mission Impossible franchise.
